PT Aetra Air Jakarta (AETRA, formerly known as Thames PAM Jaya) has officially launched its Customer Information Management Systems (CIMS) Project that aims to implement Oracle's Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solution. Tiger Consulting and Software Devt Inc (TCSDI) will provide Oracle utilities expertise in the field of Project Management, Process Analysis and Offsite Development for the implementation of Oracle's CC&B in AETRA in cooperation with our local Indonesian partner PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT). The formal project kick-off was held last 09 June 2010 at the Manhattan Hotel in Jakarta.
As one of the two water utilities companies authorized by the government, AETRA is commissioned to treat and supply potable water to Jakarta residents. They provide water services to about 400,000 household and business customers in East Jakarta.
